What is your return policy?
We think you are going to love our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the original packaging within sixty (60) days from the date of original purchase to the address listed below. Please include a note with the return indicating if you wish to have a credit, refund, or exchange. Sorry, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What makes one faux fur blanket of the same size more expensive than another?
There are differences in the cost of the fabric and fabric availability.
What is faux fur?
Plush man made fabric that may be woven or knit made to simulate animal fur.
How do I care for my faux fur?
Your fur can be machine washed and dried flat or it can be dry cleaned.
Does my faux fur shed?
No, your fur will not shed.
How are my items shipped?
All purchases are shipped from Georgia by Priority USPS. Most items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of your order. If you need a rush order, please email us at customerservice@sojuli.com or call us at 770-356-5274 and we will be happy to ship your order immediately (additional shipping fees will apply).
